2. Data We Collect

You provide: Username, email, password (encrypted), profile details, posts, comments, messages, audio/video, images.

Automatically: Device type, OS, app version, IP address, city-level location, usage data, crash logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide the app, display content, send notifications, moderate content, improve performance, personalize your feed, process subscriptions, respond to support, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (storage), Firebase/APNs (notifications), Google AdMob (ads), Apple IAP (billing). We do not sell your data.

5. Data Retention

Data retained while active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Transaction records kept up to 7 years.

6. Your Rights

Access, edit, delete your account anytime. GDPR rights for EU users. CCPA rights for California users. Contact: privacy@songseek.com.

7. Children

Not directed at children under 13 (16 in EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
