Nov. 14, 2001 Dear Calendar People of Maple Corner, VT I happened to catch you on the Today Show this morning and thought what a wonderful way to raise money. The calendar was done so tastefully and displayed a good sense of humor. I am purchasing the calendars for a few girlfriends for Christmas gifts, and I know that they will enjoy receiving them. I am kind of the prankster of the bunch and they never know what to expect from me. Your calendars are exactly what I was looking for and no one will be duplicating my Xmas gifts to the girls this year. The interview on the Today Show, revealed a community strong within themselves and their beliefs and willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals. We are seeing so much more of this since 9/11 and it is so refreshing. You have brought back into the public eye what America is all about. You are hardworking people willing to do whatever it takes to produce a better environment to live in. You displayed people pulling together to produce something to say, "we earned what we achieved". May your project be a huge success not only for the reason you did it, but to give America an example of pride within America. God Bless America and you, A Fan
