David can help you design your initial drawings in which he can incorporate his 3 d computer technology that allows you to see a 3 d picture of the inside of your home before it is built. The computer technology makes it easier for you to see room sizes and make changes to your plans before you start to build.

Site selection is a very important step in your building plans. David's years of experience as a builder and lifetime on the island can help you determine the best site and location of your home. David will visit your site with you and explain all of your options.

David will oversee your entire project from start to finish. He will coordinate the subcontractors and line up all necessary permits
